Experienced Air Duct Cleaning Technician - Cross-Training in Carpet Cleaning

Monster Steamer is growing and we're looking for an experienced in-home service technician who can step into a busy operation, follow proven SOPs and build a long-term career with a growing service brand.

What you'll do

• Professional carpet cleaning
• Upholstery and tile/grout work based on experience/training
• Inspect jobs and communicate service clearly
• Operate/care for company equipment and vehicle
• Follow safety, SOP and job-documentation standards

What we need

• Prior professional carpet-cleaning experience strongly preferred
• Reliable, coachable and able to work independently
• Strong customer communication
• Valid driver's license/insurable record if required
• Able to perform field-service physical requirements

Compensation:
Guaranteed minimum hourly wage OR 30% commission on production, whichever is greater. High-performing technicians can earn $30–$50+ per hour based on production.
