Entry-Level Carpenter - Retail Construction

We are looking for motivated Entry-Level Carpenters who want to learn the trade, develop new skills, and build a long-term career in construction.

As an Entry-Level Carpenter, you'll work alongside experienced carpenters and foremen while gaining hands-on experience in a variety of construction scopes, including:

• Installation of retail fixtures, displays, décor packages, and millwork
• Installation of wall panels, trim, doors, hardware, and accessories
• Assisting with framing, drywall, rough carpentry, and interior finishes
• Measuring, cutting, assembling, and installing construction materials
• Loading, unloading, and organizing materials and tools
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Learning to read plans, layouts, and project drawings
• Safely operating hand tools and power tools
• Supporting project teams in active retail environments

• 1+ years of construction, carpentry, or related trade experience preferred
