San Diego Youth Services seeks a Case Manager for the Community Assessment Team in San Diego. This full-time, non-exempt role reports to the Program Manager and focuses on screening intakes, crisis management, and developing youth/family service plans in East and Central regions.
The CAT program provides services in homes, schools, and communities, with emphasis on prevention and intervention for at-risk youth (6-18).
