  • Serve as the primary regional liaison for Family Support Specialists, subgrantees, and community partners
  • Coordinate delivery of family support and stabilization services, ensuring timely and equitable access across the region
  • Support and monitor referral pathways to address client needs, including basic needs, case management, and supportive services
  • Ensure services are delivered using trauma-informed, culturally and linguistically appropriate practices
  • Translate statewide directives from the Project Director, Partnership Coordinator, and Oversight & Technical Assistance Coordinator into regionally responsive implementation strategies
  • Adapt program models to reflect local conditions, partner capacity, and community needs while maintaining fidelity to statewide standards
  • Support development and rollout of tools, SOPs, and service protocols at the regional level
  • Ensure consistent implementation of service delivery models and performance expectations
  • Provide hands‑on guidance and technical support to subgrantees and Family Support Specialists
  • Conduct regular check‑ins, site visits, and performance monitoring to ensure quality and compliance
  • Identify capacity gaps and provide targeted training, coaching, and problem‑solving support
  • Reinforce adherence to program standards, reporting requirements, and compliance expectations
  • Monitor regional program performance to ensure alignment with grant requirements, workplans, and reporting timelines
  • Support subgrantees in maintaining accurate documentation, data quality, and reporting systems
  • Identify risks or challenges and elevate issues to leadership as needed
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local service providers, community‑based organizations, and stakeholders
  • Facilitate regional coordination meetings, case conferencing, and collaborative problem‑solving
  • Share regional insights, challenges, and successes to inform statewide strategy
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree required in Social Work, Public Administration, Human Services, International Development, or a related field
  • Master’s degree preferred in a relevant field (e.g., Social Work, Public Health, Nonprofit Leadership, or similar)
  • Minimum 4–6 years of experience in nonprofit program implementation, case management systems, or community‑based service delivery
  • Experience working with immigrant, refugee, and/or vulnerable populations, including application of trauma‑informed approaches
  • Demonstrated experience supporting multi‑partner or multi‑site programs, preferably across a defined region
  • Experience providing technical assistance, training, or coaching to staff or partner organizations
  • Familiarity with referral systems, service coordination, and stabilization services
  • Experience working with or supporting subgrantees or community‑based partners
  • Experience navigating grant‑funded programs, including compliance and reporting expectations
