The Arc of San Diego is hiring Community Inclusion Professionals to work 100% in the community in sunny San Diego. You will support a small group (usually a 1:3 ratio) using person-centered approaches, advocacy, and empowerment strategies for full engagement in the community of their choice.
This is a temporary role through December 31, 2026. Pay ranges from $20.00 to $20.65 per hour, with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401k, paid time off, holidays, and more.
