San Diego Youth Services seeks a Residential Advisor Counselor for the TAY Housing program in San Diego. This part-time, non-exempt role reports to the Program Manager and Program Coordinator, with supervision and support across SDYS Housing & Facilities.
The position focuses on safety, engagement, and trauma-informed care for residents. Ideal candidates reside on-site, commit to 20 hours weekly (Mon 9am-1pm, Tue-Fri 6pm-10pm), and can respond quickly to crises.
