The San Diego LGBT Community Center in San Diego, CA, is seeking an Intake Navigator for the Safe STAY Wellness Center, a 43-bed youth shelter. The role focuses on connecting residents to housing resources and ensuring smooth transitions into shelter services.
You will conduct outreach, screen eligibility, welcome clients, coordinate referrals, document services, and maintain knowledge of local resources. A valid CA driver's license and English proficiency are required;
Spanish is a plus.
