About the Role:
As an Overnight Residential Specialist , you’ll provide essential care and support to individuals with disabilities while ensuring a safe and restful home environment. While clients sleep, you’ll assist with evening routines, monitor overnight safety, and prepare for the next day.

Pay:
The pay for this position is $20.00 to 20.65.
Who you are:
- Compassionate, night owl who enjoys working overnight shifts.
- Responsible and attentive, ensuring a safe and calm environment.
- Team player who works well independently with little supervision.
- Dependable and take pride in creating a comfortable home setting
A typical night will include:
- Assist clients with evening and bedtime routines (personal care, hygiene, medications).
- Monitoring clients throughout the night, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Perform light housekeeping and preparing for the next day.
- Document observations and report any concerns to the team.
What you’ll need to be successful:
- High school diploma or GED
- Six (6) months experience working with individuals with disabilities
- Valid California Driver’s License, current auto insurance, and a clean driving record.
- A passion for making a difference—even at night!
We’d love it if you:
- Are bilingual in English and Spanish
- Have experience using case management systems (Therap preferred)
