About the Role:

As an Overnight Residential Specialist , you’ll provide essential care and support to individuals with disabilities while ensuring a safe and restful home environment. While clients sleep, you’ll assist with evening routines, monitor overnight safety, and prepare for the next day.

Pay:
The pay for this position is $20.00 to 20.65.

Who you are:

• Compassionate, night owl who enjoys working overnight shifts.
• Responsible and attentive, ensuring a safe and calm environment.
• Team player who works well independently with little supervision.
• Dependable and take pride in creating a comfortable home setting

A typical night will include:

• Assist clients with evening and bedtime routines (personal care, hygiene, medications).
• Monitoring clients throughout the night, ensuring their safety and well-being.
• Perform light housekeeping and preparing for the next day.
• Document observations and report any concerns to the team.

What you’ll need to be successful:

• High school diploma or GED
• Six (6) months experience working with individuals with disabilities
• Valid California Driver’s License, current auto insurance, and a clean driving record.
• A passion for making a difference—even at night!

We’d love it if you:

• Are bilingual in English and Spanish
• Have experience using case management systems (Therap preferred)
