Health RIGHT 360, a nonprofit delivering integrated healthcare, seeks a Case Manager II in San Diego to support STOP Area Six. You will manage a caseload, coordinate placements, accompany clients to services, and collaborate with CDCR and CBPs to promote health and recovery outcomes.
Required:
HS diploma or SUD counselor certification or BA in Social Work/related field;
First Aid/CPR; valid CA driver’s license; and two years of case management with criminal justice populations.
