Resident Monitor​/Mentor | CA

The Resident Mentor provides supervision and support to clients in a sober living environment, helping foster a safe, structured, and compassionate space that promotes continued recovery and personal growth. Working collaboratively with the Case Manager and Program Director, the Resident Mentor encourages accountability, healthy living, and positive relationships while supporting each client's individual recovery journey.

This role requires cultural sensitivity, professionalism, and a commitment to creating an inclusive and respectful environment for both clients and staff. It also offers valuable hands-on experience for students and individuals pursuing careers in behavioral health / dual diagnosis, social services, or addiction recovery.
