Live-In Residential House Manager | CA

The Live-In Residential House Manager at The Grounds Recovery oversees the daily operations of a sober living residence and maintainsa safe, structured, and supportive environment for residents in recovery. Working closely with the Case Manager, the House Manager helps ensure residents follow house rules, supports their recovery journey, and contributes to the overall cleanliness, organization, and functionality of the home.

Key responsibilities include monitoring residents' medication supplies, conducting regular drug and alcohol screenings, enforcing house policies and interventions when necessary, assisting with resident transportation as needed, maintaining accurate work logs, overseeing household chores and property upkeep, reporting maintenance issues, and supporting residents in maintaining accountability. Candidates must have at least one year of sobriety, be actively involved in a 12-step recovery program, and possess a clean background check and driving record.
