- Provide tailored and individualized job coaching for people with disabilities
- Coach and train the necessary skills to be successful in the workplace
- Coach and train with learning and performing the essential functions of job tasks
- Develop and maintain positive and collaborative relationships with service providers to communicate progress towards goals
- Assist in maintaining case files and related paperwork as required by PRIDE Industries and supporting agencies
- Perform duties and special projects as assigned
- Support access, success, and retention within competitive integrated employment positions
- Intermediate computer skills including spreadsheets, word processing, database, and presentation software
- Ability to communicate effectively including listening, verbal, written, and presentation software
- Demonstrate ability to apply critical thinking to identify solutions to problems
- Demonstrate basic mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- Ability to manage competing priorities and exercise flexibility
- High School Diploma or GED
- CPR/First Aid may be required depending on local, state and/or contract requirements
- Valid Driver's License may be required depending on local, state and/or contract requirements
- Ability to view computer screen/monitor, keyboard, maneuver to and around equipment, bend, kneel, stoop, reach, and move or lift boxes up to 25 pounds
- Experience working with adults with disabilities preferred
Demonstrates expertise in job coaching for individuals with disabilities, focusing on skill development, effective communication, and collaboration with service providers. Proficient in managing case files and maintaining compliance with organizational requirements.
