Stepping Stone of San Diego is seeking a Residential Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Counselor in a residential facility in San Diego, CA. The role supports LGBTQIA+ clients with SUD counseling, case management, and relapse prevention planning.
You will manage a small caseload (4-5 residents), lead weekly processing groups, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide wrap-around services and stabilize clients’ lives in a non-exempt, full-time setting.
