The San Diego LGBT Community Center seeks a Lead Residential Counselor to supervise operations at the emergency shelter and Safe STAY Wellness Center, serving transitional-age youth (18–24). The ideal candidate is trauma‑informed, youth‑centered, and committed to creating an affirming space that meets residents’ needs.
This part‑time position covers weekends, 3:00 PM–11:30 PM, with compensation of $24.00–$25.00 per hour and 16 hours per week.
