Core Technical Expertise

• Deep knowledge of SPDX and Cyclone
  
  DX formats
• Experience with SBOM generation tools such as Syft, SPDX tools, Cyclone
  
  DX CLI
• Ability to validate SBOMs against CRA requirements (machine‑readable, complete metadata)
• Ability to integrate SBOM workflows into CI/CD pipelines for continuous compliance
• Experience with Dev Ops/Dev Sec Ops  practices
• Knowledge of automation frameworks for SBOM generation and distribution
• Ability to effectively communicate with cross‑functional teams

• SBOM Standards & Tooling
• Cybersecurity & Compliance
• Demonstrated experience applying EU Cyber Resilience Act compliance requirements

• Expertise in provenance, component analysis, vulnerability scanning (e.g., SCA tools such as Snyk, Black Duck)

Expertise in build systems, tool chains, and secure software development practices for embedded C/C++ environments.

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science or related field and 2+ years of Software Engineering or related work experience.
• Master's Degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science or related field and 1+ year of Software Engineering or related work experience.
• PhD in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science or related field.

Dependent upon Education Requirement.

• Apply software knowledge and experience to design, develop, create, modify, and validate embedded and cloud edge software, applications, and/or specialized utility programs.
• Analyze user needs and software requirements to design and customize software for optimal operational efficiency.
• Design and implement software modules for products and systems.
• Participate in design, coding for large features, unit testing, significant debugging fixes, and integration efforts to ensure projects are completed to specifications and schedules.
• Perform code reviews and regression tests as well as triage and fix issues to ensure code quality.
• Collaborate with others inside the project team to accomplish project objectives.
• Write technical documentation for software projects.
