Hourly Pay Range (Minimum - Midpoint - Maximum): $62.230 - $80.300 - $89.930
The stated pay scale reflects the range that Sharp reasonably expects to pay for this position. The actual pay rate and pay grade for this position will be dependent on a variety of factors, including an applicant’s years of experience, unique skills and abilities, education, alignment with similar internal candidates, marketplace factors, other requirements for the position, and employer business practices.
WhatYou Will Do
This position is a dedicated technical resource for the Data Governance department. It will be leading the build and development of our Master Data Management, Data Quality and Data Stewardship structures. It requires a unique skill set of technical, communication, and leadership.
Required Qualifications- 7 Years programming/analysis/design/administration.
- 3 Years experience developing conceptual and physical solution architectures for solutions incorporating heterogeneous applications, technologies and platforms.
- 3 Years MDM Hub configuration, IDD configuration.
- Experience with either Oracle and/or DB2 AS400.
- Informatica software stack experience.
- Experience in Master Data Management (MDM) - functional and/or technical experience.
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience with messaging technologies.
- Experience designing and deploying in a Services Oriented Architecture and/or an Events Driven Architecture.
- Collaboration and teamwork:
Collaborates with other IT organizations to understand and monitor 'best practices' for technical development methodologies and tools. Share / leverage successful products, processes and best practices across technology domains. - Quality and process improvement:
Contribute to continuous improvement by leveraging quality improvement methodologies (Six Sigma, etc.). Refine and enhance technology methodologies and / or standards. - Technical competencies:
Delivers high quality solutions in adherence to Informatica methodology. Assists with developing logical and physical database schemas, stored procedures, interfaces, and extensions to large enterprise proprietary solutions, primarily focused on the MDM initiative. Provides design, architecture and development support to MDM projects requiring real-time and batch Data Interfaces in compliance with data reference architecture. Develop and implement MDM solutions (multiple domains) based on project timelines and promote the adoption of best practice standards.
Own the logical unit of development work end-to-end from concept to production, covering each phase of the SDLC.
- Thorough understanding of data modeling, physical schema properties, triggers, and stored procedures.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to automate administration tasks, perform capacity planning, performance monitoring and tuning and administer security.
- General understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL tools.
- General understanding of CRM and/or ERP packages.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to facilitate discussions and drive toward quick decisions.
- Professional hands-on integration experience.
- Ability to "think big" and grasp the overall picture, including the business driver.
