• Drive velocity by accelerating customer, business, and technology outcomes across the organization.
• Lead end‑to‑end technology initiatives, including enterprise architecture layers.
• Understand customer behaviors and partner with cross‑functional teams to deliver end‑to‑end solutions.
• Design and implement durable software solutions that meet critical customer needs in a fast‑paced environment.
• Apply a boundaryless mindset to deliver solutions beyond primary ownership.
• Knowledge of building AI‑native applications.
• Guide the use of AI for customer problems, evaluating tools and measuring accuracy.
• Create robust, scalable, secure technical designs that balance short‑term and long‑term goals while ensuring high availability and performance.
• Passionate about continuous learning, experimentation, and adoption of cutting‑edge technology.

• Partner with internal and external groups for cross‑functional design, development, and integration.
• Work closely with Architecture, Product Management, and Operations to design, develop, test, and release features.

• Contribute to standards, patterns, and best practices that improve our engineering community.
• Provide insight on industry trends, new and emerging technologies, prototypes, patent proposals, and process improvements.

• Front‑end technologies such as React, Angular, Swift
  
  UI (iOS), Kotlin (Android).
• Back‑end technologies such as Java, Typescript, Spring, Express (NodeJS).
• Prior experience in a cloud computing environment like AWS or GCP.
• Previous work on AI‑native applications for 1+ year(s).

• 8+ years of experience developing systems/software for large business environments.
• 5+ years of experience designing complex distributed systems, management products, or business applications.
• Full‑stack development experience incorporating AI technologies/tools for user experiences or backend solutions.
• Experience with AI technologies such as Sage Maker, Vert.x, Lang Chain, Large Language Models, Prompt Engineering, Dialog Flow, Python.
• BS or MS in Computer Science or a related area.
• Strong mentoring, analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Self‑starter attitude and ability to make independent decisions.
• Proven ability to drive results across cross‑functional teams and manage relationships in a global, multi‑time‑zone environment.

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package that includes base salary, performance‑based cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits. Pay is based on factors such as job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. Regular pay‑equity comparisons across categories of ethnicity and gender ensure fair pay. The expected base pay ranges for this position are:

• New York: $220,500 – $298,000
• Southern California: $205,500 – $277,500
• Charlotte, NC: $194,500 – $263,000
• San Diego, CA: $205,500 – $277,500
