Lead iOS (Swift) Software Engineer – Medical Device Startup

We’re partnering with a well‑funded, fast‑growing startup to hire a Lead iOS/Swift Software Engineer. This is a high‑impact, full‑time role where you’ll shape the future of a product designed to improve human health. You’ll start as a senior individual contributor with strong technical ownership and grow into broader engineering leadership as the team scales.

• Own architecture and technical direction for iOS applications and device‑to‑cloud interfaces
• Design, build, and maintain native iOS apps using Swift
• Develop and support web services and interfaces (GCP preferred)
• Lead software decisions across mobile, backend, and system integrations
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with firmware and hardware teams
• Establish best practices, CI/CD pipelines, and scalable engineering standards
• Conduct code reviews and ensure high quality, security, and maintainability

• Proven experience building iOS/Swift applications that interface with medical devices
• Track record of owning software products end‑to‑end
• Experience across mobile and web platforms

• GCP (or AWS), Kubernetes, CI/CD pipeline experience
• Familiarity with medical device standards (ISO 13485, IEC 62304)
