Software Engineer, AI Engineer

Role Overview

We’re looking for a Software Engineer to join our team and drive the technological backbone of preventative neurology. You’ll develop AI-powered solutions that enhance cognitive well‑being in a dynamic, high‑growth environment.

• Build, maintain, and scale web applications using NextJS, React, Type Script, and Supabase.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and refine features that advance cognitive health technology.
• Optimize application performance to handle rapid user growth and complex data needs.
• Develop AI and machine learning models for personalized cognitive assessments.
• Lead code reviews, mentor team members, and drive continuous improvement in development practices.

• 3-5+ years of full-stack development experience in fast-paced, high-growth settings.
• Proven expertise in building and deploying AI-driven products, especially in health tech.
• Advanced skills in NextJS, React, Type Script, Python, and cloud infrastructure.
• Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and software design.
• Familiarity with ML frameworks (e.g., Tensor Flow, PyTorch) and data analytics tools.
• Experience with agile practices and version control (Git).
