TDO Software builds practice management solutions for dental practices, with a strong footprint in endodontics. We’re investing heavily in AI to improve both our internal operations and the products we deliver to our users.
TDO Software is part of Fluent Software Group (a Valsoft Corporation operating group), a global acquirer and operator of vertical market software businesses. We focus on specialized industries where expertise creates lasting advantages.
We’re builders, not holders. When we partner with a company, we bring operators and resources to actively scale it — not just sustain it. That means you’ll work in an environment that moves with urgency, embraces new ways of operating, and genuinely invests in what comes next to take businesses further.

- Experience in healthcare or dental software
- Familiarity with HIPAA or sensitive data handling
- Experience building user-facing AI features
- Exposure to analytics or reporting systems
- Curious and proactive mindset
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment
- Strong problem-solving and execution skills
- Interest in building real-world AI applications, not just experiments
