Senior Full Stack Engineer
Remote (US) | Optional Hybrid:
Raleigh, NC or Kansas City, MO
$/yr - $/yr (Base pay)
What You’ll Do- Build and own production features across Node.js, React, and AWS
- Design backend services and APIs in a cloud-native / serverless environment
- Own complex integrations end‑to‑end
- Improve platform reliability, scalability, and observability
- Partner closely with product and domain stakeholders
- Lead by example through code quality, system design, and sound judgment
- Senior experience with Node.js in production systems
- Strong exposure to AWS and modern cloud‑native patterns
- Solid React experience (comfortable contributing to existing codebases)
- Experience owning integrations in distributed systems
- Comfort operating with ambiguity and autonomy
- Experience in healthcare or other regulated environments
- Familiarity with FHIR, HL7, X12, or complex B2B integrations
- High‑impact IC role with real architectural influence
