The Senior Technical Architect is a critical role responsible for designing and implementing complex technical solutions using Spring Boot, Java, and Python. This position ensures that our architectural frameworks align with business objectives and industry best practices, driving innovation and excellence within the organization. The Senior Technical Architect plays a key role in leading technical teams, fostering collaboration, and influencing strategic decision‑making to meet client expectations.

• Design and architect large‑scale solutions using Spring Boot, focusing on scalability, performance, and security to meet business requirements.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the team by developing and delivering training programs in Spring Boot and related frameworks, ensuring the team is equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
• Continuously evaluate and implement cutting‑edge technologies in Spring Boot and Java ecosystems to deliver high‑quality, future‑proof solutions aligned with client demands and industry standards.
• Utilize in‑depth domain expertise to gather client requirements, formulate technology strategies, and deliver tailored solutions that support overall business goals.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define and enforce architectural best practices and coding standards within Spring Boot applications, ensuring consistency and quality across projects.

• Expert proficiency in Spring Boot framework and its integration with Java and Python technologies.
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful API design.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to provide innovative technical solutions.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
• Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and their architectural services.

• Relevant certifications in Spring Framework or Java Architecture (optional but valuable).
• Additional certifications in cloud architecture or microservices design are a plus.
• Maximum Salary (US): 184000, Minimum Salary (US): 105000.

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance‑based bonuses subject to company policies.
