Senior Founding Full Stack Engineer

We are the iMessage and SMS marketing platform trusted by 3,000+ sales teams, installed in 4,300+ High Level accounts and integrated with Hub Spot, Close, and other top CRMs. Our customers double their response rates and skip the A2P compliance headache entirely. We have helped generate $2M+ in revenue for the teams we serve, and we are scaling fast.

We are looking for a senior full stack engineer who can move fast, build hard things, and help us stay ahead as we deepen integrations across the CRM ecosystem.

You will own meaningful surface area across our stack. That means shipping new full stack features end to end, sharpening our Dev Ops and test coverage, optimizing backend algorithms that power message routing and delivery, and building AI powered capabilities (think voice cloning, AI voice memos, intelligent message optimization).

As we expand integrations with Hub Spot, High Level, Close, and new CRM partners, you will be the engineer who can pick up an unfamiliar API on Monday and ship a production integration by Friday.

• Strong proficiency with Next.js, React, and Node.js in production
• Hands on experience building AI applications, including LLM integrations, prompt engineering, working with model APIs, vector search, or similar
• Excellent SQL skills. You can write, debug, and optimize complex queries without flinching
• Experience working with Amplitude for product analytics, event tracking, and turning data into product decisions
• A track record of building and integrating with third party APIs, especially CRM platforms (Hub Spot, High Level, Close, or comparable)
• Comfortable across the stack: shipping features, improving CI/CD and Dev Ops, writing meaningful unit tests, and tuning backend performance

• Experience with messaging infrastructure (SMS, iMessage, RCS, telephony)
• Experience building Chrome Extensions
• Experience building mobile apps with React Native
• Background at an early stage startup
• Dev Ops depth:
  Vecel, AWS/GCP, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, observability

• $160-175K base salary
