Objective of the internship:

The quality of ECG signals measured by Withings devices depends directly on the electrode-skin interface. To better characterize this interface and improve the performance of our products, we are developing a dedicated measurement tool.

You will join an R&D project already initiated with the objective of transforming a first prototype into a complete, robust, and easily usable tool for research and development teams.

• Design and develop a dedicated electronic card around a microcontroller.
• Develop the embedded C firmware for real-time data acquisition.
• Develop Python tools for control, acquisition, and analysis.
• Conduct measurement campaigns and validate the performance of the device.
• Document the hardware, software, and associated protocols to facilitate their use by teams.

This internship will allow you to work at the intersection of electronics, embedded systems, signal processing, and biomedical research, on a project that has a direct impact on the improvement of health devices used by millions of users.
