Role Overview
Join Service Now to own product strategy for the Service Now SDK and Fluent APIs, a Type Script-based developer tooling that is becoming the substrate for agentic app development on the Now Platform. This role operates at the technical center of the Platform Agentic Build Lifecycle org during the shift to agentic, AI-native software development.
What You Will DoOwn the multi-year product strategy and roadmap for the Service Now SDK and Fluent APIs, define the SDK's evolution from an authoring substrate to an operational one, and set product direction for AI-agent consumption of the SDK as a first-class use case.

Requirements- 12+ years of product management experience, including several years owning a developer platform, SDK, CLI, or API/language surface at enterprise scale
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
- Working fluency in Type Script and genuine hands-on comfort reading and writing code
- Experience owning or closely partnering on compiler, DSL, or static-analysis tooling
- Deep experience with developer-facing package and artifact ecosystems, npm-style registries, semver, dependency resolution, CLI design
- Working knowledge of agent tool-use protocols, including Model Context Protocol, and experience building product surfaces explicitly for AI-agent consumption
- Proven ability to build and defend an executive-level strategic case, and to navigate cross-business-unit governance and ownership disputes at the VP and SVP level
- Base pay of $171,900-$300,800
