About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer/Consultant to join our team for a high-impact, contract-to-hire role. You will be responsible for designing and developing technical solutions that align with business requirements while ensuring scalability and performance across the Salesforce ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Custom Development: Design and implement robust solutions using Apex (Classes, Triggers, Batch, Schedulers, and Async) and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- System Integration: Build and maintain seamless integrations using REST/SOAP APIs
, Platform Events, and Middleware. - Cloud Management: Support and enhance Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations.
- Governance & Security: Ensure all developments adhere to Salesforce best practices, security models, and governor limits.
- Deployment: Manage end-to-end deployments, release cycles, and provide critical production support.
Required Qualifications:
- Must-Have
Certifications:
Salesforce Administrator and Platform Developer I/II. - Experience: Minimum 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Technical Depth: Strong understanding of Streaming APIs and complex asynchronous processing.
- Agility: Ability to work effectively in a remote/hybrid environment across PAN India locations.
