Full Time San Diego, California $170,000 - $230,000 Annually About this role  We are looking for a Frontend Engineer with 2-6 years of experience to join our early-stage team building the world's first AI-native ERP for defense manufacturing. This is a clean-slate build with a modern stack (React, Type Script, Next.js, Tailwind CSS) where your decisions ship fast and matter immediately. We need someone who thrives with autonomy, cares deeply about craft and polish, and is excited to define the design language for a product that empowers people building mission-critical hardware.
What will you be doing?  
• Architect and implement frontend features using React, Type Script, and Next.js: translating Figma designs into polished, responsive, production-ready code  
• Build structured chat interfaces, real-time dashboards, and intelligent form systems that blend conversation and action  
• Own frontend testing, validation, and safe rollout practices (A/B testing, Playwright) to ship changes confidently    
• 3 - 6 years of experience in frontend engineering with React and Type Script (2 YoE okay for exceptional candidates)  
• Salary: $170K - $230K ($175K–$230K base salary + performance bonus + early-stage equity (4-year vest). Significant equity upside as an early hire at a seed-stage startup.)
