Forward-Deployed Engineer, DiversyFund OS

Diversy Fund is building Diversy Fund OS, an AI-native platform that runs our financial-services business end to end: the CRM, the investor portal, outbound communications, and the internal systems the company operates on every day. We are building the core technology from the ground up, and if you like owning real problems on a small team where your work ships to real users, we want to hear from you.

As a Staff Forward-Deployed Engineer, you own Diversy Fund OS in production. When the numbers lie or a send does not happen, you find the real reason and ship the full-stack fix, so the CTO is no longer the overnight integration test. You work end to end on the systems we already run, and you get the CEO, Head of Growth, and Portal CS through real working days without paging the CTO.

This is a full-stack role in skills and day-to-day work:
React and Next on the front end, API routes and Postgres, and Trigger.dev jobs. It is not a greenfield or product-invention seat. You report to the CTO, and work async through written briefs.

• End-to-End Ownership:
  Work across live df-crm and diversyfund-portal, including React and Next UI, API routes, Postgres, and Trigger.dev jobs.
• Production Fixes and Builds:
  Ship fixes and small builds on production, not only firefighting.
• Operator Tooling:
  Add, fix, and improve operational GTM dashboards, funnel views, and operator tooling on the apps we already run.
• Vendor and Data Forensics:
  Trace the truth across vendors and data:
  Smartlead, Gmail 550s, Telnyx, and webhook truth versus CRM stamps.

• 3+ years of software engineering with production ownership. You have been the closer on a revenue-critical system.
• Core Stack:
  Strong with Type Script, Postgres, a job runner, and cloud deploy.
• Vendor and Data Forensics:
  You have traced CRM versus vendor versus mailbox versus timezone, found the real cause, and written the verdict.
• Async Written Communication:
  You work async through written briefs (assessment, plan, execute) with a systems architect, rather than through standups.
• Transfer Instinct:
  You take work off the team and keep it off, documenting so it does not route back through you.

• ESP and Deliverability:
  Smartlead or another ESP at scale, and Gmail deliverability.
• Messaging:
  Telnyx 10
  
  DLC.
• Platform:
  Neon, Trigger.dev, Vercel, and WorkOS.
• Regulated Finance:
  Exposure to regulated financial environments.
• Background:
  Prior Forward-Deployed Engineer, Stripe operations engineering, or a fintech founding engineer who stayed in production.
