- Join Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems as a Software Engineer
- Work within an Integrated Product Team construct
- Develop software across the full Software Development Life Cycle
- Perform Agile software development, object-oriented programming, embedded system programming, software integration, and testing
- Work on software for revolutionary aerospace and mission systems
- Work full-time on-site at the San Diego or El Segundo facility
- Travel up to 25% may be required
- Bachelor’s Degree in a STEM discipline and 2 years of related engineering experience; OR a Master’s degree in a STEM discipline and 0 years of related engineering experience
- Experience with the full software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Experience with C, C++, Java, and/or Python
- Experience with Agile software development, object-oriented programming, embedded system programming, software integration, and testing
- Experience with at least two of Jira, Git Lab, Docker, Fortify, Coverity, or Black Duck
- Active in-Scope, U.S. Government Top Secret clearance
- Ability to obtain and maintain initial Special Program Access (SAP/PAR) before commencement of employment and within a reasonable amount of time
- U.S. Citizenship required for positions with a government clearance and certain other restricted positions
Demonstrates expertise in Agile Software Development, Object-Oriented Programming, and the Full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Proficient in programming languages such as C, C++, Java, and Python, with experience in Embedded System Programming and Software Integration.
