Engineering Manager, Rep

For our client, we are seeking a Engineering Manager, Rep Experience to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space.

This role will lead a high-impact software engineering team focused on improving the day-to-day experience and productivity of sales representatives. You will partner closely with engineering leadership, Product Managers, and Designers to deliver reliable, high-quality solutions that support fast-paced business execution. The position combines hands-on technical leadership, team development, and delivery ownership in a collaborative environment.

Location:

Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $259,200 – $324,000 annually

• Lead and mentor a visible and impactful engineering team to improve daily execution for sales representatives
• Define and implement goals and expectations while fostering a culture of excellence and fun
• Partner with engineering leadership, Product Managers, and Designers to ensure rapid delivery of high-quality software
• Drive technical decision-making, including sprint planning and software design
• Participate in recruiting to build and sustain a strong engineering team
• Provide support for on-call responsibilities while helping ensure roadmap commitments are met

• 8+ years of hands-on software engineering experience, with strong experience in Ruby and Python
• 3-5 years of experience managing senior engineers and leading teams
• Demonstrated technical leadership with a focus on software architecture and effective engineering processes
• Strong understanding of data privacy and security fundamentals
• Experience with React, MongoDB, and SQL is a plus
