EMFOI INC is looking for a talented Service Now Developer to join our team onsite in sunny San Diego, CA. This is an exciting opportunity to work hands-on with one of the most in-demand enterprise platforms, delivering impactful solutions in a collaborative environment. Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and implement Service Now applications, modules, and platform enhancements
- Configure and customize Service Now workflows, forms, UI policies, and business rules
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Develop and maintain Service Now integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and integration hub
- Perform platform upgrades, patches, and ongoing system administration tasks
- Troubleshoot and resolve Service Now incidents, defects, and performance issues
- Create and maintain technical documentation for developed solutions and configurations
- Proven experience as a Service Now Developer with hands-on platform configuration and scripting
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide scripting, and Service Now Studio
- Experience with ITSM, ITOM, or other Service Now modules
- Strong understanding of REST/SOAP web services and API integrations
- Service Now Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD) preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently onsite
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
