Padres Baseball & Softball Camps Assistant Site Director; Del Mar - North County Coastal

About the Position

Padres Baseball & Softball Camps are hiring an Assistant Site Director in San Diego County. The role is a summer youth camp position where you’ll provide leadership for ages 4 through 13 while ensuring a safe, fun learning environment.

• Lead a safe camp environment for staff, campers, and parents.
• Administer first‑aid and manage medical supplies.
• Communicate injury or illness incidents to parents and headquarters.
• Maintain detailed health records and inventory of first‑aid supplies.
• Work proactively with all camp staff to minimize injury and risk.
• Help resolve camper conflicts and create a friendly environment.
• Assist with attendance, employee timekeeping, and customer‑service records.
• Conduct health checks and provide day‑to‑day medical care.

• Experience working with children ages 4‑13.
• Experience coaching or playing baseball/softball at high‑school level or higher.
• CPR/AED and First‑Aid certified. California EMT licensure preferred, not required.
• Interested in gaining experience in the healthcare field.
• Strong character, integrity, and a positive attitude.
• Dependable and reliable; someone we can count on to be there, no matter what.

Camp runs every week from June 8, 2026 to August 14, 2026. Sites include 4S Ranch, North Park, San Carlos, Point Loma, Del Mar, Carlsbad.

Commit to a 10‑week schedule Monday‑Friday, ~8 hours per day. Hourly wage: $22.50.
