We’re looking for a passionate Functional Strength Coach who genuinely loves helping people move better, feel stronger, and build confidence through smart, effective training.

If you believe strength training should improve real life—not just numbers on a bar—this might be your place. Help people reach their true potential!

• Coach individuals and small groups through functional strength training sessions
• Teach and reinforce proper movement patterns and barbell technique
• Create a welcoming, motivating environment for clients of all fitness levels
• Help clients build strength, resilience, and confidence in their bodies
• Continuously learn and grow as a coach and professional

• Genuine passion for health, fitness, and helping others
• Strong understanding of functional movement and strength training
• Barbell proficiency (squat, deadlift, press, cleans, etc.)
• Current fitness certification
• Ability to coach, cue, and connect with people
• Reliable, positive, and coachable attitude
• Strong communication skills

• Experience coaching one-on-one or in small groups
• Background in mobility, corrective exercise, nutrition or athletic development
• Desire to grow long-term within a coaching community
• Sales, outreach or content experience
• Youth Speed, Strength and Agility experience
