Read and analyze flight, fuel, and payload distribution records to determine aircraft weight and balance;
Receive and communicate information to pilots, ground crew, flight dispatchers, and fuelers accurately and timely;
Complete paperwork, daily logs, and forms for flight departures/arrivals and enter data into computer systems;
Notify ground crew when flights are in range of arrival to prepare for arrival and irregular operations;
Prepare dispatch release forms and collect weather reports;
Arrange fueling for aircraft as needed;
Maintain FAA-required files for compliance auditing;
Advise Ramp Agents on flight load distribution
