• Instruct students in CDL Class A driving techniques, including pre-trip inspections, airbrakes, backing maneuvers, and public road driving
• Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback
• Prepare students for the California DMV CDL skills examinations
• Maintain accurate student records, training logs, and progress reports
• Ensure all training vehicles are properly inspected and maintained before use
• Uphold a safe, professional, and supportive learning environment at all times

• Valid CDL Class A license with a clean driving record
• Passenger endorsement is a plus!
• Minimum 3 years of commercial truck driving experience
• Reliable, responsible, punctual, positive attitude, motivated
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for teaching
• Patient, professional demeanor with the ability to work with students of varying skill levels
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education a plus
