Delivery Driver

The Qwik Group is building a modern last-mile delivery network centered on secure, convenient package delivery and locker locations. We are looking for dependable delivery drivers to help us serve customers throughout the San Diego Area territory.

Available deliveries and delivery blocks will be posted through the Company’s designated mobile application. You will have the freedom to:

• Choose when you want to make yourself available
• Review and claim available deliveries or delivery blocks
• Accept assignments that fit your schedule
• Work without committing to a fixed weekly schedule unless separately agreed

• Pick up, transport, and deliver packages throughout the San Diego Area territory
• Deliver packages to QWIK Locker locations and other designated destinations
• Scan packages and accurately update delivery statuses
• Maintain secure possession of packages throughout each assignment
• Follow delivery instructions, assigned routes, and Company procedures
• Communicate delays, damaged packages, access issues, or delivery exceptions promptly
• Maintain a professional and courteous presence when interacting with customers and partners
• Operate vehicles safely and comply with all traffic laws
• Keep delivery equipment and any Company-issued property in good condition
• Complete required delivery records and documentation

• Safe and acceptable driving record
• Reliable transportation and legally required automobile insurance, if using a personal vehicle
• Smartphone with GPS and reliable mobile service
• Familiarity with San Diego Area-area roads and neighborhoods
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to [50] pounds, with reasonable accommodation when required
• Ability to complete a driving-record review, background check, and other lawful pre-employment requirements

Previous delivery, courier, logistics, rideshare, or customer-service experience is helpful but not required.
