Process Customs and Border Protection documentation and Transport coordination correctly and accurately in accordance with Customs and Border Protection laws, regulations, and Panasonic Logistics Solutions America Inc. policy by performing the following duties.

• Provide excellence in customer service.
• Request shipping documents to Freight Forwarders or customers.
• Open file with Arrival Notice, Bill of Lading, and Commercial Invoice.
• Examine invoices and shipping documents for conformity with Customs regulations.
• Process In Bonds and Delivery Order for incoming Ocean shipments and ensure to send to carriers and follow up until delivery at destination.
• Communicate with customers, carriers, and warehouse personnel to ensure delivery shipments on time.
• Ensure that all In-bonds arrived and exported conformity with Customs regulations.
• Request cancelled in bonds to carrier and consignee.
• Transport coordination for cross border shipments.
• Create and update tab in PECSA loading plan report for In-bonds.
• Process T&E for ITs received at PLSA warehouse.
• Process In Bond and Delivery Order for incoming LCL shipments and ensure documents are sent to carriers and follow up until delivery at destination.
• Coordinate freight arrival with warehouse personnel.
• Request Manipulation approval to US Customs and Border Protection.
• Request freight invoices to carriers for billing purposes.
• Process billing for all open files and assembly of invoices.
• Responsible for filing all closed files.
• Process In-Bond numbers for files.
• Create pre-shipments and enter In-bond information in Sirius.
• Up-load Arrival notice, Bill of lading, commercial invoice and packing list in Sirius.
• Update information every day in excel report “CONTENEDORES PIDSA”.
• Update information in excel report “STATUS TRAILERS” when is required.
• Fill out “_AUTH” to request payments to accounting.
• Organize original Export In-bonds, create a list of In-bonds and file.
• Overtime may apply when requested by Customer.

High school diploma and some college and/or equivalent industry experience.

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. Ability to write clear and understandable paragraphs that conform to prescribed style and format.

Ability to work with and apply mathematical concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations. Accurate 10-key skills.

Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
