Delivery Driver – Route Distribution (Early Morning)

Location: Oceanside, CA
Schedule: Tuesday–Sunday | Start times between 2:00 AM–4:00 AM | Two days off per week (Monday + one weekday)
Pay: $19-21.00 per hour

Sadie Rose Baking Co. is a high-volume wholesale artisan bakery serving many of Southern California’s top restaurants, hotels, and markets. We are committed to consistency, quality, and building a strong team that takes pride in their work.

We are seeking reliable, professional Delivery Drivers to support our early morning distribution operations. This role is critical to ensuring our customers receive fresh product on time and in excellent condition.

The Delivery Driver is responsible for safely and efficiently delivering products along established routes while providing excellent customer service. This is a fast-paced, physical role that requires strong time management, attention to detail, and professionalism.

Complete 30–40 scheduled deliveries per shift along assigned routes

Load, transport, and deliver products accurately and on time

Verify orders and ensure product quality upon delivery

Maintain organized delivery documentation and route logs

Serve as a front-line representative of Sadie Rose with customers

Build and maintain positive relationships with chefs, kitchen staff, and receiving teams

Communicate any delivery issues or customer feedback to the appropriate teams

Operate company vehicles safely and in compliance with all traffic laws

Maintain a clean driving record and follow all company safety protocols

Conduct basic vehicle checks and report any maintenance needs

Minimum 1 year of route delivery experience (e.g., bakery distribution, Amazon, UPS, Fed Ex)

Experience driving a 15 ft. box truck or larger

Valid California Driver’s License with a clean DMV record

Ability to work early morning shifts starting between 2:00 AM–4:00 AM

Ability to work weekends as part of a regular schedule

Strong reliability, punctuality, and work ethic

Ability to stand, walk, and reach for extended periods

Ability to sit and drive for extended periods

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. on a repetitive basis

Ability to work in a fast-paced distribution environment

This is an in-person role based out of our Oceanside production facility, with daily route driving throughout Southern California.
