Warehouse Associate

NOW HIRING PACKAGERS FOR A FITNESS EQUIPMENT COMPANY!

Location: Poway, CA

Shift: 1st Shift (6:00AM - 2:30PM M
- F)

Pay Rate: $18/HR

As a Parts Associate, you will be responsible for picking parts, packing boxes, and potentially making cables. This role also includes some shipping responsibilities with Fed Ex and DHL, for which training will be provided.

• Pick and pull parts from work orders received.
• Wrap parts in plastic material.
• Box and package products.
• Perform general warehouse duties.
• Create Fed Ex labels and label boxes.
• Use a forklift as needed.
• Engage in inventory and stocking tasks.
• Provide customer service and manage parts inventory.
• Participate in cross-training activities.

• Experience in labeling, warehouse packaging, and order picking.
• Ability to work overtime and handle some heavy lifting.
• Mechanically inclined for cross-training opportunities.

• Ability to pass a drug test.
• Entry-level position; previous experience with pulling orders is a plus.
• Customer service orientation.

This position offers cross-training opportunities to enhance your skills. While there is no immediate raise upon permanent hire, a 5% cost of living adjustment is added to your pay. The company values employees who are invested and looking to advance within the organization.

You will be working in a warehouse environment that may require heavy lifting. The facility is located in Poway, and it can get hot inside during warm weather. However, breaks and hydration with water and Gatorade are provided during hot conditions.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of San Diego, CA.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
