Warehouse Worker - 1st Shift - Poway - $18/hr Job Description

As a Parts Associate, you will be responsible for picking parts, packing boxes, and potentially making cables, with training provided. You may also engage in shipping tasks with carriers like Fed Ex and DHL.

• Pick and pull parts from work orders received.
• Wrap parts in plastic material.
• Box and package products.
• Possibly use a forklift for moving materials.
• Perform general warehouse duties.
• Assist in shipping, including creating Fed Ex labels and labeling boxes, with training provided.

• Ability to label, package, and handle packages.
• Proficiency in picking, pulling, and packaging orders.
• Experience with inventory and stocking.
• Customer service oriented.

• Experience with parts inventory is a plus.
• Familiarity with Fed Ex and DHL shipping processes.
• Mechanically inclined for cross‑training purposes.
• Ability to pass a drug test.
• Willingness to work overtime.
• Experience with pulling orders is advantageous.

Work in an open warehouse facility where heavy lifting may be required. Be prepared for varying temperatures, as it can be hot when it's warm outside. The company provides breaks and water/Gatorade during hot conditions to ensure employee comfort.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of San Diego, CA.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
