Job Summary:
We are looking for motivated Packer/General Warehouse Associates to support daily warehouse operations. This role focuses primarily on packing products but also includes general warehouse duties as needed. No forklift experience is required.
Responsibilities:
Packing Duties:
* Pack products according to company standards
* Inspect items for quality and accuracy before packing
* Prepare, label, and seal boxes for shipment
* Ensure correct quantities and packaging materials are used
* Maintain a clean and organized packing station
General Warehouse Duties:
* Assist with loading and unloading materials by hand
* Sort, stage, and organize inventory
* Replenish stock and move products to designated areas
* Palletize and shrink-wrap products
* Support order picking when needed
* Follow all safety procedures and work instructions
Requirements:
* Ability to lift 20-50 lbs consistently (adjust as needed)
* Comfortable standing, bending, and performing repetitive tasks throughout the shift
* Strong attention to detail and quality control
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
* Previous warehouse or packing experience preferred but not required
