Mossy Automotive is seeking an experienced Parts Shipping & Receiving Clerk to support our Service & Body Shop department and provide customers with exceptional experiences. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast‑paced, professional workplace and select parts and accessories from stock shelves in accordance with repair and client orders, manage inventory, and maintain shelves with incoming or returned merchandise.
Compensation: Base hourly wage ranging from $18.50/hr to $20.00/hr candidates must have 3–5 years of experience in a similar role.

- Accurately read catalogs, microfiche viewer, or computer for parts stock number and price.
- Count, weigh or measure items on incoming and outgoing shipments; verify information against invoices, orders and other records.
- Determine method of shipment, using knowledge of shipping procedures, routes, and rates.
- Keep all bins, aisles and storage areas clean and clearly labeled.
- Maintain receiving and shipping records, delivery truck maintenance records and returned parts records.
- Unpack and examine incoming shipments, reject damaged items, record shortages, and correspond with shipper to rectify damages and shortages.
- Ensure that outgoing shipments meet specifications.
- Maintain inventory of shipping materials and supplies.
- Mark & stock parts according to pre‑arranged system.
- Physically demanding duties: move throughout parts shelves all day, reaching and climbing to obtain parts from inventory; stand 6–8 hours during a shift at the customer counter.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Valid driver's license & clean driving record.
- Ability to use parts department computer system.
- Good communication skills.
- Good comprehension of parts manuals.
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
- Experience in retail or wholesale parts department.
- Ability to climb flights of stairs.
