Warehouse Associate (1st Shift

Schedule
: 7:00AM - 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday, 9-hour shifts (includes 30-minute lunch + two 15-minute breaks)

Work Environment
:
Non-climate-controlled warehouse | Heavy Physical Labor

• Process incoming and outgoing orders (files, books, binders, tapes) using proprietary software and handheld scanners.
• Lift, move, arrange, and transport storage boxes, bins, and totes ranging from 24 lbs to 100+ lbs unassisted.
• Safely operate material handling equipment (hand trucks, pallet jacks, hand carts) across warehouse floors, inclines, and stairs.
• Manually load boxes onto pallets, shrink-wrap pallets, and stage orders onto trucks.

• Frequent kneeling, squatting, bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, and ladder climbing.
• Ability to perform prolonged heavy physical exertion in a warehouse setting.

This is a temporary/contract position with no benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, or paid time off during the contract period

• Comfortable lifting and carrying boxes up to 100 lbs. without assistance.
• Willing and able to walk, stand, bend, and twist for extended periods.
• Ability to read and write in English.
• Experience using basic warehouse tools or willingness to learn (pallet jacks, carts, scanners).
• Protective footwear required:
  Must meet ASTM F2413-11 standards and be slip-resistant (rated Better or Best).
• Safety-minded and dependable, with attention to detail.
