This role adheres to CMG Standard Operating Procedures to efficiently produce, handle, and prepare products for storage or immediate use, ensuring compliance with HACCP, safety, and regulatory guidelines. Working collaboratively in a team environment, the position focuses on delivering value-added processes while maintaining a high standard of operational excellence.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of daily orders, including picking, wrapping, and loading.
- Perform shipping and receiving tasks to maintain seamless operations.
- Maintain cleanliness through light sanitation practices to support a safe and organized environment.
- Operate automated production equipment efficiently and in compliance with guidelines.
- Safely operate stand-up forklifts to transport materials and support warehouse functions.
- Conduct inventory control activities, ensuring accuracy and proper stock levels.
- Comply with all safety rules and regulations to promote a secure work environment.
- Perform additional tasks as required within the warehouse or office to support overall operations.
KNOWLEDGE
SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Strong interpersonal skills, self-starter, team player
- Ability to comfortably lift and carry 55lbs multiple times per day, carry for distances of up to 100ft.
- Ability to utilize rolling 8ft rolling ladders.
- Ability to work occasional overtime.
- Basic math and writing skills.
- Functional business literacy in English.
- Basic computer experience.
- Passion for the craft brewing & malting industry is a plus.
- High School Diploma preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience preferred.
- Warehouse Management or Inventory Control software system experience preferred.
- Shipping and receiving knowledge are desirable.
- Forklift experience preferred.
- Highly physical position, including walking, sitting, and standing in the warehouse environment.
