We are looking for a dependable, organized Part-Time Warehouse Associate to support our growing operations. This is a hands-on role that is ideal for someone who takes pride in accuracy, organization, and getting things done.
What You'll Do- Receive, inspect, organize, and put away incoming inventory
- Pick and pack daily, high-volume, small individual customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare large monthly pallets for domestic and international shipments
- Print shipping labels, packing slips, and related documentation
- Process returns and restock inventory as appropriate
- Maintain an organized, clean, and efficient warehouse
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts
- Pull products and supplies for sales, education, events, and other internal needs
- Inspect products and packaging for damage or discrepancies
- Communicate inventory issues, shortages, or damaged products to the appropriate team member
- Manage product kitting, labeling, packing, and other warehouse projects
- Follow established procedures for handling and storing skincare products
- Perform other warehouse and operational tasks as needed
- Previous warehouse, fulfillment, shipping, or inventory experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
Able to stay organized while managing multiple priorities - Computer skills and ability to learn inventory and shipping systems
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the workday
- Professional, positive attitude and willingness to pitch in wherever needed
- Frequent use of hands to handle, feel, and operate equipment and tools.
- Regularly lift, move, and/or carry up to 50 pounds without assistance
- Ability to react under pressure, use good judgment in ambiguous situations, and be flexible/adaptable
- Maintain an order accuracy rate of 99% or higher.
- Implement and enforce quality control checks to minimize fulfillment errors.
- Achieve 98% or higher on-time order dispatch rate within agreed SLAs.
- Reduce average order processing time through continuous process improvement
- Ensure 100% compliance with customs documentation and international shipping regulations.
- Maintain accurate and timely communication regarding international shipments to prevent delays.
- Maintain an in-stock rate of 95% or higher for all active SKUs.
- Prepare finished goods for fulfillment including but not limited to: kitting, QC, on-hand inventory levels
- Monitor demand forecasts and inventory turnover to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
- Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely replenishment based on sales trends and lead times.
Experience with Cin7, Ship Station, or similar inventory/shipping systems is a plus.
This is an hourly position $23.75 - $28.84/hr DOE
SchedulePart-time, approximately 20-25 hours per week
, with scheduling flexibility depending on business needs.
We are looking for someone who can provide consistent availability during weekday business hours and work a schedule within the hours of 9 am - 5 pm on-site.
