Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $19.00 per hour

Shift: Mon-Fri, 5:00am – 1:30pm

What's a typical day as an Inventory Worker? You'll be:

• Managing the complete process for returned merchandise, from initial receipt to final disposition.
• Inspecting returned and damaged goods to determine condition, eligibility for return, and next steps such as rework, return to stock, or scrap.
• Accurately logging returns, updating inventory systems, and processing financial adjustments like chargebacks or credits.
• Serving as a point of contact for customer service, sales, and warehouse teams to resolve discrepancies and answer inquiries.
• Ensuring returned items are put away in correct locations and assisting with inventory reconciliation and stock takes.
• Moving and organizing merchandise using pallet jacks and scanners, while maintaining a clean workspace.
• Communicating with customers and vendors regarding returns and credits.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have a high school diploma or GED; or 2-4 years of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Possess strong attention to detail for inventory tracking and documentation.
• Are skilled in communication and organization.
• Have physical ability to lift and pull heavy objects in a warehouse environment.
• Bring experience in electrical, industrial, or distribution settings (preferred, but not required).
• Can reliably attend on-site and are seeking a full-time position.
• Are able to complete an interview as part of the hiring process.
