Warehouse Clerk

Senior Warehouse Clerk – San Diego, CA

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Warehouse Clerk to join a growing team in San Diego. This position is responsible for receiving, moving, packaging, and maintaining accurate inventory while ensuring all materials are handled safely and properly recorded within the company's ERP system.

The ideal candidate has previous warehouse experience, strong inventory control skills, and experience working with an ERP system such as Net Suite.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive incoming materials from vendors and accurately enter receipts into the Net Suite ERP system
• Label production shipments with item numbers, descriptions, and received dates
• Move and organize inventory throughout the warehouse for production, RMA, and inter-warehouse transfers
• Complete all inventory movements accurately within Net Suite
• Perform routine cycle counts and assist with inventory reconciliation and recounts as needed
• Package production, RMA, and marketing products according to established work instructions
• Verify packages are properly labeled and prepared for shipment
• Safely transport and handle inventory throughout the facility
• Maintain accurate inventory records and support overall inventory control
• Assist the Warehouse Supervisor with additional warehouse duties as needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1–3 years of warehouse, inventory, shipping/receiving, or related experience
• Previous experience working with ERP or inventory management systems;
  Net Suite experience is highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of warehouse and inventory control processes
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
• Dependable, organized, and able to work independently
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to follow established procedures and safety guidelines
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable performing computer-based inventory transactions throughout the day
• Forklift certification is a plus
