Material Handler I responsible for supporting shipping, receiving, storage, order fulfillment, inventory, and equipment handling while ensuring accurate and timely processing of materials and finished goods.

• Pick, pack, sort, arrange, count, store, and prepare products for shipment.
• Receive and verify materials and finished goods.
• Check product quality, type, quantity, and required documentation.
• Process shipping orders and warehouse transactions using computer systems and DELL tablets.
• Safely operate warehouse and distribution equipment.
• Follow EH&S requirements, safety procedures, and required training.
• Respond to customer service and internal department inquiries.
• Maintain accurate inventory and shipping/receiving records.
• Identify deviations from standard procedures and help prevent errors or delays.
• Maintain punctuality, dependable attendance, and consistent work performance.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills.
• Shipping and receiving knowledge.
• Inventory control knowledge.
• Order fulfillment experience.
• Ability to accurately count, verify, and process materials.
• Ability to understand and analyze team metrics.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to follow safety and EH&S procedures.
• Ability to operate warehouse/distribution equipment safely.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
