Previous experience is desirable in working with special education children, as a teacher, with recognized youth groups, or as a volunteer at a school. Must meet the following requirements in order to comply with the Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA):
Possession of a High School Diploma or equivalent AND any one of the following:
* Completion of 2 years of college at an Accredited Institution of Higher Education (48 units)
* Possession of an Associate's Degree or higher degree
* Passage of the CBEST exam
* Passage of a BUSD approved Paraprofessional Exam
Please attach the following document to your application:
