Tax Processing Specialist
In this role, you will perform original and amended filing functions as assigned. You must meet quality and production standards established for this level. Respond to Agency, Payroll Center and Client inquiries in a professional and timely manner. Monitor established turnaround guidelines.
- File/amend tax returns timely in accordance with Agency, Region and Client requirements.
- Research client, agency and payroll center inquiries and respond in a timely, accurate and professional manner.
- Complete special projects as assigned by supervisor.
- Assist in training of new employees and procedures.
- Develops and updates current filing/research records and procedure.
- Telephone contact with internal and external areas.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
